The new company aims to combine with a TMT goal in America, Europe or Middle East using a strong transatlantic nexus. Golden Falcon is led by Chairman Scott J. Freidheim along with CEO and Director Makram Azar, CFO and Director Eli Muraidekh along with General Counsel and Secretary John M. Basnage de Beauval.
Total SPAC price depend for 2020 year-to-date is currently 240 with $80.6 billion in gross proceeds raised. This offering is expected to close on Tuesday, December 22.
